Notify manager/supervisor of low inventory levels. Verify and monitor received inventory and total inventory logs and reports. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to guarantee count accuracy. Receive, unload, and procedure deliveries.
Refuse approval of damaged, unacceptable, or wrong items. Troubleshoot vendor delivery problems and oversee the return procedure. Adhere to food security and managing policies and procedures across all of food-related places. Monitor PAR amounts for many food items to ensure appropriate amounts. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete security training and certifications.
